What is the rationale behind renaming the Concierge team to the Flight Care team?
James: “When we took a moment to reflect on our core values and what we stand for we realized that we needed to make changes to our current structure in order to be able to convey the essence of what we do. We decided that the department needed a fresh look that aligned better with our core capabilities and values, and Flight Care was born. The definition is simple and sits with our brand promise: We will be there, to Care for you and your Flight experience. It became quite clear that this was indeed the path to follow as it sent a clear message of what our clients could expect from us, transparency and simplicity, the foundation on which Jet Luxe was built. With this step we double down on our commitment to provide consistent and efficient travel experience at every interaction.experiences for our discerning clientele, further cementing our reputation as a trusted provider of top-tier luxury jet charters.“
What strategic objectives does the creation of the Flight Care team align with?
James: “The strategic plan is clear: To consolidate all of the operational branches under the Flight Care umbrella and setting our focus on adding value through consistent and professional service coupled with utilizing the latest technology to maximize our efficiency. This is the cornerstone of our raison d’être and we are very excited to be sharing this revamped structure with you.”
What are the key roles and responsibilities of the Flight Care team?
James: “The Flight Care team is responsible for your entire experience. From the moment you have a confirmed trip until you reach your destination, the Flight Care team will be there to support your every move. Anything from managing your flight request to arranging succulent catering arrangements through to helping you navigate the complex world of Aviation, we are here to assist. We are very excited and we look forward to having you on board with us very soon!.”
