JET GUIDE

Midsize jet

aircraft charter

Midsize jets are a good mix of comfort, performance and value for a flight of 3-4 hours. With typical seating for up to 8 people, Mid-size jets fly faster and afford greater comfort with cabin cielings greater than 5.5 feet, plus generous amenities on board including a full refreshment area, sometimes including a warming oven or microwave, and increasingly Wi-Fi.

Passengers (typical): 8

Specification

Developed from the original British-built Hawker Siddeley HS.125, the solid and reliable Hawker 800 remains one of business aviation’s most enduring midsize jet aircraft. The 800A is the standard model. The Hawker 800SP adds aerodynamic winglets which help improve performance and extends aircraft range up to 2,560 nm. The Hawker 750 has the same cabin as the Hawker 800 but adds a 32 cu ft heated external baggage compartment in lieu of an extra fuel tank. The tradeoff is less range.
